The three-day conference hosted by and organized with Cardiff and Vale Traumatic Stress Service brings together speakers from the field of Psychological Trauma to discuss the latest findings.

2019 UKPTS Conference - "Trauma, Attachment and Compassion"
Thursday 28 February - Friday 1 March 2019
The 2019 UKPTS Conference "Trauma, Attachment and Compassion" will be in historic and beautiful York on Thursday 28th Feb and Friday 1st March 2019.
The programme is being constructed to fully embody these conference themes, and will incorporate key note presentations and workshops from esteemed clinicians & researchers including Dr Deborah Lee, and new creative elements including conference artist Tom Bailey. The excellent food and beverage provided will reflect a Yorkshire/York theme, and may contain Chocolate.
The conference will be in central York offering convenient rail connection and a choice of accommodation at venue or within short walking distance.

Trauma in Transition: Building Bridges
The conference focuses on sharing our joint expertise, presenting and collecting knowledge and experiences relevant to the field of traumatic stress, by building bridges between different perspectives, disciplines and countries. It is inviting submissions that fit the following conference tracks:
Assessment & Diagnosis, Biological & Medical, Child Trauma, Public Health, Transcultural & Diversity, or Intervention Research & Clinical Studies.
